Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, service and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Work on RTUs, split systems, make-up air units and exhaust systems
- Service walk-in coolers and freezers, reach-ins and ice machines
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and refrigeration issues
- Handle refrigerant diagnostics, leak detection and repairs (LCR)
- Install and start up new equipment when needed
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Document work performed, parts used and system conditions
- Keep a clean, professional job site and company vehicle
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 5+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience (not residential)
- Strong troubleshooting skills in both HVAC and refrigeration
- Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
- EPA 608 Certification (required)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable working on rooftops, ladders and in mechanical spaces
- Self-motivated, dependable and team-oriented
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with controls or building automation
- Ice machine or refrigeration specialization
- Start-up and commissioning experience
